TH8 Cross Base

Strengths: Unlureable CC (tesla surprise), Double Giant Bomb with good pathing, and many compartments to hinder gowipes

Weaknesses: Somewhat exposed Air Defenses that could allow for loons or hogs to reach them (maybe not, testing needed). DGB could potentially be triggered by a smart attacker, or someone cleaning up after GBs have been exposed.

Best CC: I would do the 1 Wiz with all archer approach here. works great with unlureable CCs.

(Note: It would be wise to build this base 1 tile lower toward the southeast. Then place a couple buildings in front of the topside cannon.That cannon should have some kind of protection)

ElimiNATEr's TH8 War Base

Strengths: Unlureable by way of surprise tesla :). DGB with good pathing and placement. Many compartments to stop gowipe. Centralized and well protected ADs. Anti drag pathing.

Weaknesses: Never 3 starred from a TH8 by anything but a gowipe. only 3 starred 1 time by a TH8 though 😉

Best CC: 1 Wizard and 21 Archers. Poison doesn’t change this. The archers are only for the purpose of masking the wizard for a potential hog attack. the archers still distract drag/gowipe attack long enough before poison kills them
